2. What data we process
- Website visitors: technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time) logged automatically by the hosting server for security.
- Contact form: name, phone, e-mail, company, licence class, experience, preferred country, your message.
- Job applicants: in addition, documents you choose to send (CV, licence, Code 95, tachograph card, ID).
- Employees: data needed for the employment contract, payroll, per diems, A1 certificate and posting declarations. Employees receive separate information when hired.
- Clients and partners: name, position and contact details of contact persons.

4. Recipients
- User companies to which a driver is proposed or assigned, limited to what is needed (name, qualifications, experience).
- Authorities where required by law: the Romanian pension authority CNPP (A1), labour inspectorate, tax authority, German or Austrian authorities via posting declarations.
- Service providers: web hosting (Romania), e-mail provider (Google), accounting and payroll, all bound by confidentiality.
Google LLC may process data in the USA, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
- Requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after the last communication.
- Applicant files: up to 6 months after selection ends, or up to 2 years with your consent.
- Employee data: for the duration of employment and then for the statutory retention periods.
- Server logs: according to the hosting provider's settings, usually no more than 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to rogerpersonalsrl@gmail.com; we reply within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in your country of residence. Our lead authority is the Romanian ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
7. Security
The website is served over HTTPS only, with strict security policies. Fonts are hosted locally. The form is protected against abuse.
8. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing and do not profile.
