What you need to apply
- Valid C or CE driving licence
- Professional qualification, Code 95 on the licence
- Driver tachograph card
- Experience, ideally at least 1 year on CE
- Valid ID card or passport
- Basic German or English: a plus

Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 applies in every country where our drivers work. An example working day:

What drivers ask us
Who is my employer?
ROGER PERSONAL SRL. You have a Romanian employment contract with us, even when you drive for a company in Germany or Austria.
Do I have to pay anything?
No. We never charge drivers any fee.
Who pays my wages and per diems?
We do, ROGER PERSONAL, every month.
What is the A1 form?
It shows your social security is paid in Romania while you work in another EU country. We obtain it from the national pension authority (CNPP).
Do I need German?
Not for every job. Basic German helps; we tell you what each job requires.
