Who we are
We started with a simple problem
Transport companies in Germany and Austria need good drivers. Good drivers from Romania want a fair employer who pays on time and doesn't leave them alone with the paperwork.
ROGER PERSONAL connects the two. We employ the drivers, assign them to our partners and handle the contract, pay, per diems, A1 and posting. The owners speak German, so partners talk to us directly, with no middlemen.
